Apply Online

1. Pay the veterinary health certificate application fee using the bank details provide in the “Fees” section below and obtain the payment receipt
2. Submit your application online through the Rwanda Agricultural Board, RAB E-Portal: Link
3. Enter your email address and password to login if you have an account or click on “create an account” to register
4. Fill in the online registration form and then submit and you will receive a notification directing you to your email account to setup you RAB account password
5. Open the link in your inbox from RAB and compete setting your accounts password and login
6. Fill the online application for the Veterinary Health Certificate of the animal you are intending to export e.g. cats and dogs
7. Attach all the required supporting documents and the submit the application for processing
8. View the progress of the application in your dash board and if approved, you will receive a notification confirming the approval
9. Then the application will processed and you will be issued with a scanned copy to your email account
10. Visit the RAB office, veterinary service unit to collect the original certificate
