Apply by Email

1. Write an application letter addressed to the Chief Executive Officer of the National Agricultural Export Board requesting for the tea export license
2. Attach your certificate of domestic company registration to the application letter and send them to the National Agricultural Export Development Board (NAEB) though this email address: info@naeb.gov.rw and you will receive a receipt note acknowledging your application
3. The application will be processed and you will be notified once the is complete and a scanned copy of the certificate will be sent to you via your email address
4. Visit the NAEB office to obtain the original hard copy of the tea export license

• Even though it may take few days to obtain a tea export license, applicants may proceed and apply for a certificate of origin in the meantime
