1. You would have to write an application letter requesting for a grant together with the research proposal.
2. Submit your proposal to Ministry and after it has been reviewed and approved for a grant award, you will be notified in writing and requested to write a letter of acceptance to the Minister of Education.
3. The acceptance letter should include the bank account details where the grant should be deposited.
