• A recommendation letter issued by the administrative cell level.
• A copy of valid identity card upon presentation of the original identity card
• One recently taken colored passport size photos with the white background
• Receipt of 10,000Rwf from Rwanda Revenue Authority.

• A bank slip of 10,000 Rwf paid to RRA
• A copy of previous laissez passer and the original should be presented to migration officer.

• A Laissez-Passer is issued to all the Rwandan who would like to travel to the following countries: The Republic of Burundi, The Democratic Republic of Congo ,The Republic of Kenya ,The United Republic of Tanzania , The Republic of Uganda ,The Republic of South Soudan.
• All applicants should be above 18 years of age, if you are below 16 you would have to be helped by your guardians or parents.

For applicants 16 years and above for First Application
10,000 Frw

Valid for two years.

A laissez passer is obtained within 2 working days.
