Note : Electronic foreigner ID card, should be applied for on the same time with resident permit applications. Both new and renewal resident permit applications.

• One clear colored passport size photos with white background recently taken without glasses, caps and scurf; (the photos should be attached to the application form by use of glue stick. Stapling and clipping the photo to the application form is not advisable)
• Completed application form which can be picked at the Directorate General of Immigration and Emigration offices at the Visa front desk.
• Copy of Permit
