Apply Online

1. Visit the iremboGOV online portal through this link: online portal
2. Under “Immigration and Emigration” select visa application
3. Click in the drop box Request type and choose Visa application
4. Click on Apply to open the online application form
5. Fill the demographic details correctly under applicants’ details
6. Fill the Request and Travel details, and under visa type, open the drop box and choose “V7 Medical Treatment Visa” and complete filling the reset of the requested information
7. Attach all the required documents under Attachment and click on the Next button to proceed to the summary page
8. The summary interface will appear, review all the information you have shared and when you are done, click next.
9. After reviewing your summary, submit your notification details and acknowledge that the information given is true and click submit.
10. After submitting your application, the payment interface with the post-application steps will appear. Choose a payment option that is convenient for you and pay.
11. After submitting the application, you will receive an application number and your application will be having status submitted.
12. Your application will be processed and you will receive a visa acceptance confirmation letter through your emails address once the processing is complete

Note: Online visa applicants obtain their visas at any point of entry into the country after presenting the visa acceptance confirmation letter.

Apply In-Person

• You can apply in person at any of the Rwanda embassy in your country, book appointment with consulate to apply for the visa. Note that different embassies have different application policies and applicants are encouraged to use the IremboGOV online platform

• This kind of visa is only allowed for single ENTRY and seeking work with the visa is not allowed
