How Apply

1. Obtain payment advice ticket online via the Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA) NON FISCAL REVENUE SERVICES on system: RRA
2. Then pay the testing fee at the bank according to the amount mentioned in the advice ticket
3. Book an appointment with the Rwanda Standard Board (RBS) for sample testing
4. On the date booked, take samples of the goods to the RBS sample control division for testing
5. After testing, the division will produce a test report based on the analysis of the sample
6. A copy of the test results ( Analysis Certificate) will be scanned and sent to you via your email address
7. Visit the RBS office to collect the original hard copy of the certificate

• All goods are eligible to be tested

• Fee is indicated in the advice ticket and varies for the type of goods to be tested
