• Fill the application form with complete information.
• Submit the application form personally along with the necessary documents.
• The applicant shall then take digital impressions and facial image.

• Original ID card, temporary ID card or the identity card in shelf life in Temporary identity card must be accompanied by original birth certificate.
• Original proof of payment of taxes and extra fee for issuing passport
• Previous original passport (if any)
• 2 colored photograph (3.5 x 4.5 cm)

Must be a Romanian citizen.

• Passport cost - 100 (to be paid at CEC Bank units)
• Consular fee - 32 (payable in units of CEC Bank or the Treasury)
• Surcharge of 100 provided for by Law 248/2005 (to be paid in units of CEC Bank or the Treasury)

The validity of a temporary passport is 12 months.
