Apply Online - Rajasthan Obtain Permission for Disposal of Solid Waste Online with Images

1. To obtain permission for disposal of Solid Wastes in person, you have to visit the Single Sign On module in RSPCB website using the following link: Link
2. If you already have an Industry registration, login using your User ID and Password. Else, make a new registration by clicking on “Registration” and by selecting any one of the provided option below.
3. After making the registration, click on “Login” tab and log in using the user credentials. After logging in, you will have to update your profile details. Now, you will be directed into the portal.
4. In the homepage, click on “Citizen Apps” option from the list on the left side and select “RSPCB” option from the menu that appears.
5. You will have to login if you already have an ID or you will be asked to register as a new user by providing the details of the industry that you are going to establish.
6. In the homepage, register your plant/lease under the tab “Plant/Lease” for which authorization is needed.
7. After entering the details, click on “Save” to proceed. You will be directed to the Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board online module.
8. Click on “New Application” and select “Consent/Mine/Authorization” option from the drop-down menu. Select type as “Fresh/New” in the Application form.
9. Fill all the required details asked and select “Authorization” in the field “Applied for” form for Municipal Solid Waste Authorization. And select “Authorization for Municipal Solid Waste” in “Application for” field.
10. Click on “Show Documents” button and take note of the list of documents that should be uploaded for Municipal Solid Waste Authorization. Then, click “Next button”.
11. Please fill the application with information and details as applicable for obtaining permission for Disposal of Solid wastes.
12. Select “Fee Calculator” from “Utilities” option and calculate fees for the process. Then select “Payment Option” on the left side and choose any one payment mode to pay the prescribed fees.
13. After fee payment, select “Upload Documents” from “Utilities” and upload the required documents required for Permission of Solid waste Disposal.
14. The applicant will receive a mail notification regarding the successful submission of the application. The, the applicant should digitally sign the application and send it to the board.
15. After successful submission of the application, it will be taken to the glance of Environmental Engineer (EE) for verification and further processes. If the EE finds any mistake in the application or documents attached, the applicant will be alerted by the board.
16. If the applicant is notified about the acceptance of application, the authorization can be found in the main website of RSPCB under “Verify Consent/Authorization”.

• Industries applying for the Authorization should possess valid Consent to Establish or Renewal of consent order.
• The Occupier applying for the authorization must be familiar with the technology selecting criteria for Treatment of solid wastes which is available in the link below: Link

SPCC or SPCB issue the authorization within a period of sixty days in Form II to the applicant or occupier, on receiving all the information pertaining to the authorization.

• SPCC or SPCB suspend or cancel the authorization any time, if the local body or operator of the facility fails to operate the facility as per the conditions stipulated.
• The local body shall be notified prior to the cancellation of authorization.
• It has to be ensured that applicants should not have submitted applications for Municipal Solid Waste authorization using more than one User Id for the industry location.
• Any unauthorized change in personnel, equipment or working conditions as mentioned in the application by the person authorized shall constitute a transgression of his authorization.
