1. To obtain a land mortgage certificate the applicant will have to Approach the nearest Tehsildar or sub registrar’s office.
2. You will receive an application form that needs to be filled with relevant details.
3. Attach documents as mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
4. Once you submit an application to the authorities, you will get timely updates through SMS.
5. You can collect the document from the office once it has been processed.

1. Go to the official website of the registration of stamps dept of Rajasthan.

3. On the left side of the page, click on “Property valuation”.
4. Enter mobile number and and captcha.
5. Click on “Fresh valuation”
6. Enter details such as tehsil, district and so on.
7. Calculate the stamp fee.
8. The applicant will be directed to another page where you will have to enter details.
9. Attach pictures documents when prompted.

11. An application number will be generated which you can use to track the application.
12. A soft copy of the document will be generated.
