Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for Vehicle Mortgage contract applicant should approach the RTO office in their area. Rajastan RTO office contact Link: Contact
2. Application can be obtained from the concerned office or can be downloaded from the following Link: Forms
3. Please make sure you have all the documents listed in the “Required Documents” .
4. Complete the application along with required document and appropriate fees.
5. Submit the application to the concerned authority so they start processing.

• Duly filled in form number 34 in two copies, which are signed by the registered owner and financier.

• Certificate(NOC) from earlier financier if any for having retained full dues from the financier
• Proof of address
• Valid insurance certificate
• Pollution under control certificate
• Attested copy of PAN Card or Form 60 & Form 61(as applicable)
• Age proof

• Signature Identification of owner
• Fitness Certificate in case of Transport vehicle.

• Mortgage is a process to raise funds for ones need against the vehicle (in our case).
• This mortgage details will be recorded in the RC Book.
• This procedure is required to safeguard the interest of the money lender (Banks / Private financiers / Individuals) for the money given as loan.
• Mortgage contract is made between bank and the borrower, this agreement allows bank to lend money to the borrower in exchange borrower agrees to repay the money lent as per the agreement.

• FC (for clearance) is a process meant for reviewing the condition of the vehicle by the RTO authorities.
