2. If the applicant is an existing user, they can login directly using their “Account ID” and “Password” by clicking “Log-in” option in the given page.
3. If the applicant is a new user, click on “Click here to get started” button.
4. In order to set up the smart numbers account, either search for available 13, 1300, and 1800 smart numbers and add them to the applicant cart.
5. The Applicant must provide all information necessary for the application procedure online.
6. The smart numbers account should be set up.
7. Applicant should make sure to attach all the documents that are mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page (Both photocopies and originals).
8. Review the terms and conditions before placing your order.
9. The fee for this procedure is mentioned under the “Fees” section of this page.
10. Australian Government will issue the Smart Number and notify the applicant via mail.

• 13, 1300, or 1800 are smart numbers phone numbers.
• A few examples of Smart numbers are phone words like 13 CATS (13 2287) and recognisable patterns like 1300 222 222.
• People may find it simpler to remember your company if you have a memorable phone number, especially if your phone word fits in with your marketing plan.

• A Telco might be asked to link a service to a smart number once the applicant has one.
• Before purchasing a smart number, the applicant should enquire about the associated fees.
