1. To Apply to Claim Costs for Relocating Your Pet, the applicant has to make the application online via link
2. The applicant has to click the “Sign In”.
3. With the user id and password log in to the toll account and click the “Sign-in” button.
4. The applicant has to select the Current Relocations on the transferee dashboard.
5. Now re-select the Reimbursement Claim form and tick the Pet Relocation Costs.
6. Enter all the necessary details in the application form.
7. Also, upload all the necessary documents which are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
8. And the applicant has to email the complete document set to the case manager, email id - Email us - yourcustomer.service@defence.gov.au
9. The application will be processed further. All the updates on the application status will be sent via SMS to the applicant’s mobile number.
10. There is no fee for Claim Costs for Relocating Your Pet, if required the officer will contact the applicant.
11. Once the process gets completed, the applicant gets a call from the office regarding the application.
12. Once the claim's been approved, Toll pays the money into the applicant's nominated bank account.
13. This entire process can be completed within 30 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.

NOTE:

• If the relocation doesn't happen, or if the applicant doesn't provide a receipt in 21 days, the applicant needs to pay back the amount. Also, need to pay back any extra amount if the relocation costs less than they were given.
• If any queries, the applicant has to contact the cash manager.
