Apply Online (Submitting Application In-Person)

1. To pay fees related to citizenship and immigration, the applicant will need to click on the following Link
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select application type under the “Select you application type” option.
3. In this case it will be “Citizenship” and click on “Continue”.
4. Select quantity depending on the option/s that the applicant wants to pay the fees for and click on “Submit”.
5. Click on “I am not a robot” and verify captcha.
6. The applicant will need to login and pay.
7. If the applicant has an account log in. If the applicant does not have an account follow these steps:
   • Click on the “Register” button.
   • The applicant will be directed to another page.
   • Enter email address, click on “Continue”.
   • Enter password and click on “Continue”.
   • The applicant will need to enter a recovery question and answer in case they forget their password and want to retrieve it.
   • A registration code will be sent to the applicant’s email, enter this code and click on “Submit”.
   • The applicant will be redirected to the payment page.
8. Once logged in, the applicant will be automatically directed to the payment page, agree to the disclaimer.
9. Click on “Proceed to secure checkout”.
10. Enter card details and click on “Checkout”.
11. An OTP will be sent to the applicant’s card registered mobile number, enter this to make payment.
12. The applicant will need to take a print out of the payment acknowledgement slip and attach it to their application form.

• Citizenship certificate is valid so long as an individual is a citizen of Canada.
