2. After visiting the website, please enter your QID card number and mobile number then click on “login” button.
3. After successful login, complete the form with necessary information and you can upload the required documents mentioned in the required documents section below then click on “Submit” button.
4. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
5. After the verification process, your request will be processing.

• Applicant shall submit a request to the Ministry of Administrative Development, Labour and Social Affairs (ADLSA) to employer change/leave country notice to the employer online.
• Applicant should have a smart card to use this service.
• There should be a notice submitted by the worker 30 days before the contract comes to an end if it is a fixed–term contract.

• Name of the applicant.
• Qatar ID card number.
• Address.
• Phone number.
• Email ID.

• The Ministry has the authority to abandon the candidate or take any official action against forgery or manipulation of data by the applicant.
