You can verify educational certificates online using this service, provided by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MOEHE).
Apply Online

1. Individuals / Institutions can make an application to have the education certificate(s) of an individual verified by making an online application with the Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MOEHE).
2. The first step in making the online application is visiting the Certificate Verification Service page on the Ministry of Education and Higher Education MOEHE Website.
3. Once here, click on the “ Our Services” tab in the dashboard to proceed to the next page.
4. Scroll down to “Shared Services” and click on the Verification Of Certificates Issued by the Ministry icon to move to the next page.
5. In the next page you will be able to lodge a query to verify the educational certificate by entering the certificates code (in English letters and numbers) and then clicking on the “ Verify Certificate” button to submit your application.
6. The system will query your application and details about the education certificate will be immediately displayed online.
7. You can print the verification certificate from the page online.

Online Portal for Equivalency of Certificates and Prior Approval

• Individuals / Institutions are eligible to make the application for verification of an education certificate of an individual.
