Apply In-Person:

1. KAHRAMAA fast track service can be availed by elderly people, women and needy people.
2. To avail any customer related services in a short period at main office in al hilal, eligible people should use tracks of A and B.
3. A and B tracks is only for elderly people, women and people with some special needs.
4. Priority will be given to these people when they approach the KAHRAMAA office to avail some services.
5. Processing time will be very much reduced in the A and B tracks.
