1. To submit and participate in cultural and awareness center program through online, visit the following link: online portal
2. If you already have an account, please enter your user name or personal number and password then click on applicable button.
3. If you don’t have an account, click on “Register now” hyperlink and enter the appropriate details then click on applicable button.
4. You will receive an SMS with the password to your registered mobile number.
5. You will be redirected to a screen in which contain login successful message and tap on the “Return to login page” option to login.
6. After successful Login, click on “Environmental Awareness and Education” option and then click on the “Participate in Cultural and Awareness Center Program” option.
7. Now complete the form with necessary information. Then you can upload the required documents mentioned in the required documents section below and click on “Save” button.
8. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
9. After verification process, you will receive an Email or SMS for further processing.

• Official letter from entity requesting the service.
• Copy of commercial registration (For companies)

• Applicant shall submit a request to the environmental awareness department in the Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) to submit andparticipate in the programs of the Cultural and Awareness Center.

• Name of the applicant.
• Address.
• Phone number.
• Email ID.
• Qatar ID card.

• The Ministry has the authority to abandon the candidate or take any official action against forgery or manipulation of data by the applicant.
