2. Now complete the form with necessary information and select the ‘I’m not a robot’ checkbox then click on the “Submit” button.
3. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
4. After verification process, you will receive an Email or SMS with the katara hall reservation permit to your registered Email ID or mobile number.

• Applicant can apply online to booking at least five working day before the date of hall reservation.

• Name of the applicant.
• Qatar ID card number.
• Email ID.
• Mobile Number.
• Hall reservation location.

• After obtaining a permit only, visitors will be allowed to enter hall in the Cultural Village Foundation – Katara.

• The Ministry has the authority to abandon the candidate or take any official action against forgery or manipulation of data by the applicant.
