1. To request the Qatari-Qatari private joint stock company under Liquidation, applicant has to visit the Companies Control department at the MOCI office.

3. Application form can be downloaded from the below link: Application form
4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
6. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the companies control department in MOCI office. The address mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After verification process, your request will be taken into consideration.
   
   

• Duly filled application form.
• Copy of the Commercial establishment ID.
• Letter from the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Vice-Chairman or Managing *Director and approval of the Companies Control Department on the required procedure.
• Copy of personal identification document of partners and applicant.
• Letter from liquidator accepting liquidation.
• Copy of QID of liquidator.

A fees of QR500 applies.

• Click on “Login” to the Investor Services and enter the username and password then click “Login” button.
• Select “Business Liquidation” service and choose “Putting Company under Liquidation” option then enter institution’s basic data and completed the processes.

• The Ministry has the authority to abandon the candidate or take any official action against forgery or manipulation of data by the applicant.
