Apply In-Person

1. In Qatar, the Medical Commission is responsible for holding medical examinations with the aim of protecting the health of Qatar population and preventing the spread of infectious diseases.
2. Individuals / Establishments can book appointments for VIP personnel for a medical examination by visiting the Medical Commission Department service centres to make the application in person. The contact details for the Medical Commission Department can be found through the following link
3. The Medical Commission is located on Al Muntazah Street, off the E-Ring Road.
4. Approach the reception desk and submit your request to book an appointment for a medical examination at the counter.
5. Present the required document as applicable to the commission’s officials. These documents include.

   • Original QID /Resident card/Passport of VIP Personnel
   • Original QID /Resident card/Passport of applicant /representative.

6. Your details and the details of the VIP personnel will be taken and keyed in
7. The commission’s office will go through the documents and you will be asked to state your preferred date of examination. If that date is available you will be booked for that date/time , if the date/time is already booked you will be given another date/time.
8. You will then be asked to make the payment for the booking.

   • Fees vary as per the reason for medical examination.
   • A Debit/Credit Card is used for payment. Cash payment is not allowed.

9. After payment of the fees you will be given an acknowledgement receipt which should be brought during the date of the examinations.

   • You will also be issued with an appointment booking receipt which should be brought bring during the date of the examinations.

Apply Online

1. Online booking application for VIP’s can be done by accessing the Medical Commission’s online appointment booking system by visiting the Ministry of Public Health Website
2. Here navigate to the “Health Services” tab and scroll down to the “Electronic Services” link. Here , scroll down and click on the “Online Registration for the Medical Commission” link to register in the Medical commissions online's platform.
3. Once registered , log in using your smart card to the online platform.
4. Once logged in Select account type i.e. (Individual/Establishment).
5. Enter QID or Establishment ID number and password, and then click on “Login” button.
6. Enter the requested information and attach all the required documents. The required documents are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page
7. Choose your preferred examination date and click on “Enter” button.
8. PAY the appropriate fees online, then print the acknowledgement receipt.
9. If you do not have a registered account, click on “new user”, choose an account type, enter the required information and click on “Submit” and follow the instructions.
10. The appointment results are immediate and you can be able to print the appointment booking receipt which should be brought during the date of the medical examinations.
