Qatar - Request to (License) Authorise a Sub-Contractor (Ministerial)


Procedure

Apply In-Person

  1. To request for authorising a sub-contractor (ministerial), applicant has to visit the Companies Control department at the MOCI office.

  3. Application form can be downloaded from the below link: Application form
  4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
  6. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the Companies Control department in the MOCI office. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
  7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
  8. After verification process, license will be issued by the authorities.



Required Documents

  • Duly filled application form.
  • Copy of the Commercial establishment.
  • Qatar ID card.
  • Copy of branch commercial registration (Direct Contractor)
  • Copy of branch authorization decision (if available)
  • Copy of the extension decision (if available)
  • Copy of the commercial register and the decision of the company headquarters abroad decision to open a new branch in Qatar and to appoint a branch manager.
  • Copy of managers ID card.

  • All foreign companies should get authorization from the companies control departments at the MOCI office.
