1. To request for farm fencing, applicant has to visit the Agricultural Affairs department at the Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) office.

3. Application form can be downloaded from the below link: Application Form
4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
6. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the agricultural affairs department in the Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) office. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After verification process, the applicant will be later requested to collect the farm fencing license on a specified date.

1. To request for farm fencing through online, visit the following link: Online Portal
2. If you already have an account, please enter your user name or personal number and password then click on applicable button.
3. If you don’t have an account, you click on “Register now” option and enter the appropriate details then click on applicable button.
4. You will receive an SMS with the password to your registered mobile number.
5. You will be redirected to a screen in which contain login successful message and tap on the “Return to login page” option to login.
6. After successful Login, click on “Agricultural Affairs Department” option then click on the “Request Farm Fencing” option.
7. Now complete the form with personal, farm and service details. Then you can upload the required documents mentioned in the required documents section below and click on “Save” button.
8. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
9. After verification process, the applicant can avail the service he requested on a specified date.

3. Copy of valid Farm possession card.
4. Copy of farm fencing design (sketch) if available.

• Applicant has request to approve the fencing of a farm in a network or blocks in preparation for referring it to the agricultural affairs department at the Ministry of Municipality and Environment to complete the procedures for licensing the fencing.

• The Ministry has the authority to abandon the candidate or take any official action against forgery or manipulation of data by the applicant.
