1. To request for agricultural guidance, applicant has to visit the Agricultural Affairs department at the Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) office.

3. Applicant has to visit the Ministry of Municipality and Environment and obtain the application form from the respective officer.
4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
6. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the agricultural affairs department in the Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) office. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After verification process, the applicant will be issued with a time of appointment.

1. To request for agricultural guidance through online, visit the following link: Online Portal.
2. If you already have an account, please enter your user name or personal number and password then click on applicable button.
3. If you don’t have an account, you click on “Register now” option and enter the appropriate details then click on applicable button.
4. You will receive an SMS with the password to your registered mobile number.
5. You will be redirected to a screen in which contain login successful message and tap on the “Return to login page” option to login.
6. After successful Login, click on “Agricultural Affairs Department” option then click on the “Request Agricultural Guidance” option.
7. Now complete the form with personal information and farm information. Then identify the purpose of the visit and click on “Save” button.
8. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
9. After verification process, the applicant will be issued with a time of appointment.

• Applicant shall submit a request to the agricultural affairs department at the Ministry of Municipality and Environment to request agricultural guidance.
• Each Consultation is to be limited to 30 minutes only.

• One has to get the appointment to discuss the set of plans related to agricultural projects.

• The Ministry has the authority to abandon the candidate or take any official action against forgery or manipulation of data by the applicant.
