Apply In-Person:

1. To request statistics certificate of workers numbers and professions, applicant has to visit the Ministry of Administrative Development, Labour and Social Affairs (ADLSA) office.

3. Obtain the application form from the respective officer at MADLSA office.
4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
6. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the ADLSA office. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After verification process, statistics certificate of workers numbers and professions will be issued.

• No fees are required for this service.

• Applicant shall submit a request to the Ministry of Administrative Development, Labour and Social Affairs (ADLSA) to issue statistics certificate of workers and professions.

• Name of the company.
• Address.
• Phone number.
• Email ID.
• Commercial registration number.
• Commercial license number.
• Establishment ID card number.

• The Ministry has the authority to abandon the candidate or take any official action against forgery or manipulation of data by the applicant.
