Apply In-Person:

1. To request small craft inspection, applicant has to visit the planning and maritime transport licenses department at the Ministry of Transport and Communications (MOTC) office.

3. Obtain the application form from the respective officer at MOTC office.
4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
6. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the planning and maritime transport licenses department in MOTC office. The address mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After verification process, authorities will inspect the small craft.

• Copy of the owner's valid ID (with the original for comparison).
• Copy of valid commercial register, if the owner is a company (with the original for comparison).
• Original deletion certificate of the craft or the Jet Ski (if any).
• Letter of workplace for the jet skis (for non-Qataris).

• Private sector companies and governmental institutions that have commercial registration are eligible to apply.

• Private ships: QR50 (in inspection centres), QR100 (in private places).
• Fisher/ferry/tourist ships: QR100 (in inspection centers), QR200 (in private places).
