Apply In-Person:

1. To request NOC for Ashghal damaged assets, applicant has to visit the Roads Operations and Maintenance of the Assets Affairs Sector at the Public Works Authority (Ashghal) office.

3. Application form can be downloaded from the below link: Application form.
4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
6. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the roads operations and maintenance of the assets affairs sector in the Public Works Authority (Ashghal) office. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After verification process, Ashghal shall conduct an inspection to verify the damaged assets.
9. After inspection report, NOC for Ashghal damaged assets will be provided.

7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After verification process, Ashghal shall conduct an inspection to verify the damaged assets.
9. After inspection report, NOC for Ashghal damaged assets will be provided.

• Applicant shall submit a request to the roads operations and maintenance of the assets affairs sector at the Public Works Authority (Ashghal) to request NOC for Ashghal damaged assets.

• Name of the applicant.
• Address.
• Phone number.
• Email ID.
• Qatar ID card number.
• Driving license number.

• No Objection Certificate (NOC) is needed to release a vehicle from the Ministry of Interior following a traffic accident affecting an Ashghal asset.

• The Public Works Authority (Ashghal) has the authority to abandon the candidate or take any official action against forgery or manipulation of data by the applicant.
• If damage to an Ashghal asset is found, an invoice will be issued. Once this is paid in full, either personally or through insurance, Ashghal will issue you an NOC. If no Ashghal asset damage is found on site, an NOC will be issued directly.
