Apply In-Person:

1. To request housing installments exemption, applicant has to visit the Ministry of Administrative Development, Labour and Social Affairs (ADLSA) office.

3. Obtain the application form from the respective officer at MADLSA office.
4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
6. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the ADLSA office. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After verification process, housing installments exemption will be approved.

1. To request housing installments exemption through online, visit the following link: online portal

2. Please login to the service through the National Authentication System (NAS) using a smartcard.
3. After successful login, complete the form with required information then you can upload the required documents mentioned in the required documents section below then click on applicable button to submit the application.
4. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
5. After verification process, housing installments exemption will be approved.

• In case of injury: Copy of Qatar ID card and medical report.
• In case of death: Copy of Qatar ID card, death certificate, power of attorney from heirs, determination of heirs.

• Applicant shall submit a request to the Ministry of Administrative Development, Labour and Social Affairs (ADLSA) to request housing installments exemption.

• Qatar ID card number.
• Address.

• To be exempted from payment the due installments or loans following the date of their injury or death.

• The Ministry has the authority to abandon the candidate or take any official action against forgery or manipulation of data by the applicant.
