Apply In-Person:

1. To request copy of court ruling, applicant has to visit the Public Prosecution office.

3. Applicant has to visit the Public Prosecution office and obtain the application form from the respective officer.
4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form
6. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the Public Prosecution office. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After verification process, copy of court ruling will be provided.

1. To request copy of court ruling through online, visit the following link: online portal

2. If you already have an Tawtheeq account, please login using the credentials or if you are a new user you need to click applicable option to create new account.
3. After successful login, please select “Service” menu and click on “Copy of Case Papers Services” option then click on “Copy of Court Ruling” option. Select case by entering its details then click on “Search” button.
4. Now complete the form with case information and click on “Send” button to receive an SMS message confirming the request receipt.
5. Follow the message instruction to pay the fees through your debit or credit card.
6. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
7. After verification process, copy of court ruling will be provided.

• Copy of official power of attorney and copy of QID (For representative).

• Applicant shall submit a request online to the Public Prosecution to obtain a copy of the court ruling documents issued by the court regarding a case. The applicant may accurately request a copy of a certain ruling if more than one pertains to the same case and the request is then reviewed by the Enforcement Prosecution.

• Name of the applicant.
• Address.
• Phone number.
• Email ID.
• Qatar ID card number.

• The Ministry has the authority to abandon the candidate or take any official action against forgery or manipulation of data by the applicant.
• Visiting the Public Prosecution building during the official working hours, from Sunday to Thursday from 7:30 am to 2:30 pm.
