1. To request appeal of court ruling from public prosecution, applicant has to visit the Public Prosecution office.

3. Applicant has to visit the Public Prosecution office and obtain the application form from the respective officer.
4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form
6. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the Public Prosecution office. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After verification process, your request will be taken into consideration.

2. If you already have an Tawtheeq account, please login using the credentials or if you are a new user you need to click applicable option to create new account.
3. After successful login, please select “Service” menu and click on “Requests Related to Court Ruling” option then click on “Appeal of judgment” option.
4. Now complete the form with necessary information and you can upload the required documents mentioned in the required documents section below then click on “Send” button.
5. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
6. After verification process, your request will be taken into consideration.

• Original document showing reasons for court ruling.
• Printed letter clarifying the reason for the appeal.
• Copy of official power of attorney and copy of QID (For representative).

• Applicant shall submit an request online to the Public Prosecution for the appeal a court ruling after no more than 60 days of its issuance. This request is subject to the approval of the prosecutor at the Cassation and Appeal Prosecution.

• Name of the applicant.
