Apply In-Person:

1. To request acknowledgment of ownership transfer of diplomatic crops vehicle, applicant has to visit the Protocol Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) office.

4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
6. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the protocol department in the MOFA office. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After verification process, acknowledgment of ownership transfer of diplomatic crops vehicle will be provided.

• Letter to the department of ownership transfer of the vehicle including name of the buyer.
• Copy of vehicle ownership (two sides).
• Copy of seller's diplomatic card.
• Copy of managerial, ID, establishment registration or diplomatic card of the buyer.
• Copy of establishment registration card of the diplomatic mission

• Applicant who have vehicle ownership can apply.

• Diplomatic missions and their members shall submit a request to the Protocol Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) to obtain an acknowledgment of ownership transfer of a diplomatic corps vehicle.
• Application form must be filled out electronically.
• Application must be typed in Arabic language only.
• Chassis and engine numbers fields must be filled out in English.

• Name of the applicant

• Establishment registration number.

• The Ministry has the authority to abandon the candidate or take any official action against forgery or manipulation of data by the applicant.
