1. To report your lost property at Qatar University through online, visit the following link: Online portal
2. Now complete the form with necessary information and you can upload the lost item image then click on “Submit” button to submit the application.
3. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
4. After verification process, your report will be taken into consideration.

• QU student shall submit a request to the Qatar University to report your lost property at Qatar University.
• To claim your lost item, you must show your QU ID and Qatari ID cards.

• Name of the applicant.
• Phone number.
• Email ID.
• Qatar ID card number.
• QU ID card number.

• To find the lost property or to recover them, one need to report it to the Qatar University.

• The Qatar University has the authority to abandon the candidate or take any official action against forgery or manipulation of data by the applicant.
