Apply In-Person:

1. To renew or modify fish export card, applicant has to visit the Fishermen Affairs Department at the Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) office.

3. Obtain the application form from the respective officer at MME office.
4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
6. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the fishermen affairs department in the MME office. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After the verification process, fish export card will be renewed or modified as per your request.

• Copy of QID of ship owner.
• Copy of fishing license.
• Copy of vehicle permit (on condition that the transport vehicle is under the owner name).
• Certified copy of vehicle lease contract (in case of leasing the vehicle).
• Original fish export card.
• Small Craft Registration Certificate (issued by the Ministry of Transport and Communications).

• Applicant who is having the original fish export card are eligible to renewal or modifying.
• Applicant who have Qatar ID card are eligible to apply.

• Applicable fees are as follows:
  • Fish Export Card Renewal: QR2000.
  • Fish Export Card Modification: QR100.

• License is valid for one year.

• Applicant shall submit a request to the fishermen affairs department in the Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) to renew or modify fish export card.

• Name of the applicant.
• Address.
• Phone number.
• Email ID.
• Qatar ID card.
• Fish export card number.

• When the fish export card that you possess becomes invalid or crosses its expiry date, you need to renew your card by lodging an application in a format prescribed above.

• The Ministry has the authority to abandon the candidate or take any official action against forgery or manipulation of data by the applicant.
