Apply In-Person:

1. To renew tourism license for hotel establishment, applicant has to visit the National Tourism Council (NTC) office.

3. Obtain the application form from the respective officer at NTC office.
4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
6. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the NTC office. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After the verification process, tourism license will be renewed.
   

Apply Online

1. To renew tourism license for hotel establishment through online, visit the following link: online portal
2. If you already have an account, please login using the credentials of the National Authentication System (NAS).
3. If you don’t have an account, visit the nearest NTC office and create the new account.
4. After successful login, please choose the hotel establishment for which you want to renew the license.
5. In the next page, complete the form with necessary information then you can upload the required documents mentioned in the required documents section below then click on applicable button.
6. Once you complete this, you will be redirected to a screen in which you can review your information.
7. After reviewing your information, click on applicable button to submit your application.
8. After application is approved, pay the appropriate fees through your credit or debit card.
9. After successful payment, now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
10. After the verification process, tourism license will be renewed.

• Applicant who is having the tourism license can apply for renewal.
• Applicant has to renew the license one month before the expiry period.

• Applicable fees for license renewal are as follows:
  • One-star hotel or cruise: QR20,000.
  • Two-star hotel or cruise: QR40,000.
  • Three-star hotel and cruise: QR55,000.
  • Four-star hotel and cruise: QR70,000.
  • Five-star hotel or cruise: QR100,000.
  • Tourism camp: QR12,000.
• An additional 5% of the license fee is paid for each month or part of it in case the license renewal is delayed.

• Renewed license valid for five years.

• Applicant shall submit a request to the National Tourism Council (NTC) to renew tourism license for hotel establishment.
• Applicant must be listed as either owner, partner authorized signatory for the hotel establishment on the commercial registration.
• Applicant Qatar ID card, commercial registration, commercial permit, establishment ID, civil defence certificate, security systems certificate must be valid for at least one day on the day of submission.

• When the tourism license that you possess becomes invalid or crosses its expiry date, you need to renew your license.
