Apply In-Person:

1. To renew residency through Qatar post, applicant has to visit the Qatar Post office.

3. Obtain the application form from the respective officer at Qatar Post office.
4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
6. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the Qatar Post office. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
7. Now the authorities will send your application to the Passports and Expatriates Affairs Department at Ministry of Interior and immigration.
8. Now MOI authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
9. After verification process, Residency will be renewed.
