1. To renew the registration of commercial agency, applicant has to visit the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI) office.

3. Applicant has to visit the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and obtain the application form from the respective officer.
4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
6. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the MOCI office. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After verification process, the applicant will be later requested to collect the renewed commercial agency registration certificate on a specified date.

Apply Online

1. To renew the registration of commercial agency through online, visit the following link: Online Portal
2. If you already have an account, please enter your user id and password then click on “login” button.
3. If you don’t have an account, click on “new user” option.
4. Read the general instruction carefully and click on “I Agree” button.
5. In the next page, if you have valid Qatar residency please choose “yes” from the dropdown menu. If you don’t have valid Qatar residency please choose “No” from the dropdown menu.
6. In the next page, please select the document type from the dropdown menu. Then enter the appropriate details from the applicable field and click on “Next” button.
7. Now complete the form with necessary information and click on “Next” button.
8. You will receive an SMS with the verification code to your registered mobile number.
9. In the next page you enter the verification code and click on “Next” button.
10. In the next page you can upload the required documents then enter the required information and click on “Next” button.
11. In the next page acknowledgement statement is available, read it carefully then select the checkbox and click on “Submit” button.
12. Now you will receive an email with a case number and a verification link. Verify your email using that link. Then visit the nearest MOCI office and submit the case number to the respective officer which you have received in your email and SMS.
13. After submitting your case number, officers will verify and activate your new user.
14. After successful login, please select the applicable option to renew commercial agency registration then complete the online form with necessary information then click on applicable option.
15. In the next page, you can upload the required documents mentioned in the required documents section below then click on applicable button.
16. Once you complete this,you will be redirected to a screen in which you can review your information.
17. After reviewing your information, pay the appropriate through your debit or credit card.
18. After successful payment, print the commercial agency's renewed registration certificate.

• Applicant who is having the certificate of registration as a commercial agency can apply for renewal.

• A fees of QR2000/- applies for this service.

• The certificate will be valid for two years.

• Applicant have to submit the original documents to the ministry at the time of verification.
• A continuity letter from the parent company, or any other document indicating continuity, or a new contract that conforms to the law must be submitted, if the contract is fixed-term and the date of its validity is over or less than two months remains, or if the applicant requested to update the contract data.
• The applicant must be one of the partners or authorized signatories who have the authority to deal with commercial agencies in the commercial register.

• The Ministry has the authority to abandon the candidate or take any official action against forgery or manipulation of data by the applicant.
• Applicant has to renew the certificate one month before the expiry period.
