1. To renew registration in international engineering consulting offices, applicant has to visit the Engineers and Engineering Offices Accrediting and Classifying Committee at the Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) office.

4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
6. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the engineers and engineering offices accrediting and classifying committee in the Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) office. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After verification process, registration in international engineering consulting offices will be renewed.

• Copy of Qatari ID card.
• Copy of passport.
• Copy of office enrolment certificate, documentation and office card.
• Valid license certificate for the main office and other branches submitted upon office registration, in at least four countries other than home country office.
• Annual budget of the main office for the three years preceding the date of application’s submission, to be audited by certified audit office.
• Copy of office commercial license issued by Ministry of Economy and Commerce.
• Copy of all office’s engineers enrolment certificates, of at least three permanent engineers (in charge engineer is excluded), where the non-Qatari engineers are classified at least at first category.
• List of all working engineers and valid residency, defining specialties, enrolment number, category, enrolment expiration date and sponsor.
• Qatari insurance policy concerning office activity’s liability with an at least two millions Qatari riyals.
• Copy of valid lease contract certified by municipality, defining precise office location, address and direction map, office sketch stamped by the office. Office space shouldn’t be less than 200msq.

• Applicant who is having the certificate of registration as a international engineering consulting offices can apply for renewal.
• Applicant who have valid Qatar ID card are eligible to apply.
• Applicant who have office enrolment certificate, documentation and office card are eligible to apply.
• Applicant has to renew the license one month before the expiry period.

• A fee of QR20,000 applies.

• Applicant shall submit a request to the engineers and engineering offices accrediting and classifying committee in the Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) to renew registration in international engineering consulting offices.

• Name of the applicant.
• Address.
• Phone number.
• Email ID.
• Qatar ID card.

• The Ministry has the authority to abandon the candidate or take any official action against forgery or manipulation of data by the applicant.
