Apply In-Person:

1. Torenew recruitment license, applicant has to visit the General Directorate of Passports at the Ministry of Interior (MOI) office.

3. Obtain the application form from the respective officer at Ministry of Interior (MOI) office.
4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
6. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the general directorate of passports in the Ministry of Interior (MOI) office. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After verification process, recruitment license will be renewed.

Apply Online

1. To renew recruitment license through online, visit the following link: online portal. After visiting website, slightly scroll down and select the “E-services” option.
2. If you are an existing user, please login using the credentials or if you are a new user you need to click applicable option to create new account.
3. After successful login, select the required transaction type (Personal for the smart card owner or Company Name for the authorized person) from the dropdown menu.
4. Now please click on “Entry Visas” option and select “Renew Approval” option.
5. Now complete the form with necessary information and click on "Renew" button, once you select the required approval. After that,a message indicating the request new end date will appear below in the page.
6. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
7. After verification process, recruitment license will be renewed.

Metrash2 App

• Applicant who is having the recruitment license can apply for renewal.
• Applicant has to renew the license one month before the expiry period.

No fees are required for this service.

• The system views all information in the page "Approval Data" to add or retrieve previous recruitment approvals details that you want to renew for six months. You can access such data by entering application No., status, issuance and end dates.

• Name of the applicant
• Contact number
• E mail ID
• Qatar ID number

Please provide the need for the procedure. e.g. Birth Certificate - why do we need to have a birth certificate?

• If any violation against the mentioned terms in application form, the ministry of interior have rights to take legal action.

Please explain what are other uses of obtaining this document/certificate.
e.g. Birth Certificate can be used as proof of identity.
