Apply In-Person:

1. To renew land lease contract, applicant has to visit the technical affairs department at Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) office.

3. Application form can be downloaded from the below link: Application form
4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
6. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the technical affairs department in the MME office. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After verification process, land lease contract will be renewed.

• Copy of the lease contract and the plot of the land.
• Copy of the Qatar ID card of the tenant.
• Copy of commercial register, commercial license, establishment ID, in case the tenant has a trade name, with a copy of the authorized signatory card.
• Copy of licenses Industrial (in the case of industrial use).
• Copy of the annual rent payment receipt until the end of the due financial year.
• Copy of the cadastral plan (PD) and (Policy Plan).
• Official powers of attorney in the case of a power of attorney to act (original or true copy).

• Applicant shall submit a request to the technical affairs department at Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) to renew land lease contract.

• When the land lease contract that you possess becomes invalid or crosses its expiry date, you need to renew your contract.

• The Ministry has the authority to abandon the candidate or take any official action against forgery or manipulation of data by the applicant.
