Apply In-Person:

1. To renew educational center license, applicant has to visit the Ministry of education and higher education (MOEHE) office.

3. Applicant has to approach the authorities of Ministry of education and higher education and obtain the application form from the respective officer.
4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
6. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in Ministry of education and higher education address mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. Authorities will inspect the facilities that are related to the educational center and if they are satisfied with the standards followed the authorities will provide the franchise permission.
9. After verification process, the applicant will be later requested to collect the renewed educational center License on a specified date.

1. To renew educational center license through online, visit the following link: Link
2. If you already have an account, in the left side of the home page please enter your registered email id and password then click on “login” button.
3. If you don’t have an account, in the left side of the home page you click on “new user” option and enter the appropriate details then click on “Create a user” button.
4. After successful Login, under “Centers Services” section please select “Centers license renewal request” option.

   Note: “Centers license renewal request” this option available only if your account already obtain educational center license

5. Now complete the form with necessary information and upload the required documents mentioned in the required documents section below then click on applicable button.
6. In the next page, you can enter the required information and upload the required documents likewise complete all the sections.
7. After submission, now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. Authorities will inspect the facilities that are related to the educational center and if they are satisfied with the standards followed the authorities will provide the franchise permission.
9. After verification process, the applicant will be later requested to collect the renewed educational center License on a specified date.

• Applicant who have educational center license can apply for renewal.
• Applicant must hold a commercial license and he should not be convicted under any criminal cases.
• Applicant has to renew the license one month before the expiry period.

A fee of QR3000/- applies.
