Register In-Person

1. Go to the nearest police station to the scene of the accident to report the accident.
2. You can take your car to the police station for investigation if required, bring all the necessary documents with you, Qatari ID, Driver’s license, Insurance documents and vehicle registration documents.
3. Explain to the police the details of the accident and they will open a file of the case (accident) and provide you the file case number.
4. Then you will be allowed to go home and wait for a period of one week to see if the unknown party will come forward to make a report regarding the accident.
5. At the end of the waiting period, you will receive a police report which you will use to repair your car if it was damaged.
6. Once the report is filled, you can obtain the report online on METRAS2 mobile app or the ministry of interior (MOI) website: Link by filling the required details
