Apply In-Person:

1. 'To open new branch of private charity associations, applicant has to visit the Regulatory Authority for Charitable Activities (RACA) office.

3. Obtain the application form from the respective officer at RACA office.
4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
6. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the RACA office. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After verification process, approved will be provided to open new branch of private charity associations.

• Applicant shall submit a request to the Regulatory Authority for Charitable Activities to open new branch of private charity associations.

• Name of the applicant.
• Phone number.
• Email ID.
• Charity registration certificate number.

• Any private charity association must obtain an approval from the regulatory authority for opening new branches.

• The RACA has the authority to abandon the candidate or take any official action against forgery or manipulation of data by the applicant.
• Visiting the RACA during the official working hours, from Sunday to Thursday from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm.
