Apply Online

1. To register Qatar University lockers service through online, visit the following link: Online portal
2. If you already have an account, please enter your username and password then click on “Login” button.
3. If you don’t have an account, visit the Qatar university and create your new account.
4. After successful login, select "Student Services" menu then click on "Lockers Service" option.
5. Apply for a locker through choosing "Online Locker Request" option.
6. Nowcomplete the form with necessary information and then click on “Submit” button.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After verification process, lockers service will be provided.

• Copy of the Qatar ID card. (For Qataris)
• Copy of passport (For non-Qataris)
• Copy of Qatar University ID card.

• QU studentshall submit an online request to the Qatar University to registration in Qatar University lockers service.

• Name of the applicant.
• Address.
• Phone number.
• Email ID.
• Qatar ID card number
• Passport number.

• Students to facilitate the daily storage of their learning materials and items related to their studies.

• The Qatar University has the authority to abandon the candidate or take any official action against forgery or manipulation of data by the applicant.
