1. To online customs declaration through online, visit the following link: online portal

   • Note: Link is temporarily not working.

2. If you already have an account, please login using the credentials.
3. If you don’t have an account, click on application option to create the new account.
4. After successful login, enter the required information in the search standards and click on "Search" button.
5. In the next page, select the required customs declaration to be processed. Then click on "Process All" option to process all declarations at once or click on "Process Selected" option to process the selected items only.
6. Now complete the form with necessary information then click on "Save" button to save the changes you made and then click on "Submit" button.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After verification process, your request will be processed.

• Copy of applicant Qatar ID card.
• Copy of commercial registration.
• Copy of establishment ID card.
• Copy of commercial license.
• Copy of authorized signatory's ID.

• Applicant shall submit a request to the General Authority of Customs to online customs declaration.

• Name of the applicant.
• Address.
• Phone number.
• Email ID.
• Qatar ID number.
• Commercial registration number.
• Establishment ID card number.

Please provide the need for the procedure. e.g. Birth Certificate - why do we need to have a birth certificate?

• The General Authority of Customs has the authority to abandon the candidate or take any official action against forgery or manipulation of data by the applicant.
