1. To obtain veterinary health certificate for exportation, applicant has to visit the animal resources department at the Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) office.

3. Applicant has to visit the Ministry of Municipality and Environment and obtain the application form from the respective officer.
4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
6. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the animal resources department in the Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) office. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After verification process, the applicant will be later requested to collect the animal resources ownership certificate on a specified date.

1. To obtain veterinary health certificate for exportation through online, visit the following link: Online Portal
2. If you already have an account, please enter your user name or personal number and password then click on applicable button.
3. If you don’t have an account, you click on “Register now” option and enter the appropriate details then click on applicable button.
4. You will receive an SMS with the password to your registered mobile number.
5. You will be redirected to a screen in which contain login successful message and tap on the “Return to login page” option to login.
6. After successful Login, click on “Animal Resources Department” option then click on the “Request Veterinary Health Certificate for Exportation” option.
7. Now complete the form with required information. Then please select the type of shipping and place of receiving the service from the dropdown menu and you can upload the documents mentioned in the required documents section below and click on “Save” button.
8. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
9. After verification process, the applicant will be later requested to collect the veterinary health certificate for exportation on a specified date.

• Applicant shall submit a request to the animal resources department in the Ministry of Municipality and Environment to obtain veterinary health certificate for exportation.

• One has to get the veterinary health certificate for exportation of cat, dog, rabbits, Birds, live animals, animal products and waste outside the country.

• The Ministry has the authority to abandon the candidate or take any official action against forgery or manipulation of data by the applicant.
