Qatar - Obtain Electronics Withdrawal pledge for Consumers

Apply In-Person

  1. To obtain electronics withdrawal pledge for consumers, applicant has to visit the licensing and quality control markets department at the MOCI office.

  3. Application form can be downloaded from the below link: Application form
  4. Now complete the form with necessary information andmake sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
  6. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the licensing and quality control markets department in MOCI office. The address mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
  7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
  8. After verification process, electronics withdrawal pledge for consumers is obtained.

Instructions

  • Applicant must follow the instructions mentioned in Ministerial Resolution No. 19 of 2002 and any ministerial laws or decisions related to electronic withdrawals
  • To delivering prizes that are withdrawn within (30) days.
  • To inform all the winners of the prizes they won within three days after the end of the drawing.
  • Providing the electronic withdrawal device or program (random number generator) according to the conditions and specifications approved by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology before starting with the promotional campaign
