1. To obtain electricity and water materials certificate through online, visit the following link: online portal
2. If you already have an account, please enter your email id and password then click on “Log In” button.
3. If you don’t have an account, click on “Don’t have an account” option.
4. Now complete the form with necessary information and click on “Register” button.
5. After successful registration, click appropriate option to go back to the login page or click the following link to reach the login page: online portal
6. After successful login, please complete the form with necessary information you can upload the required documents mentioned in the required documents section below and click on “Submit for Approval” button.
7. Now authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After verification process, electricity and water materials certificate will be provided.

• Applicant shall submit a request to the Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation (KAHRAMAA) to obtain electricity and water materials certificate.

• Name of the applicant or Company.
• Address.
• Phone number.
• Email ID.
• Qatar ID card number.
• Commercial registration.

• To obtain electricity and water materials certificate one must apply for this service.

• The Ministry has the authority to abandon the candidate or take any official action against forgery or manipulation of data by the applicant.
