1. To obtain custom shipment clearance of camera and CCTV Devices, applicant has to visit the Security System Department at the Ministry of Interior (MOI) office.

4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
6. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the Security system department in the Ministry of Interior(MOI) office. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After the verification process, custom shipment clearance of camera and CCTV devices is approved.

• In the “Metrash2” mobile Application, one who has Qatar ID can easily login and enter into the application to make use of the services provided.
• Application form should be typed in Arabic language only.
• Security system department issues customs clearance certificates for Camera and CCTV devices from one of the customs ports of Qatar.
• The owner or the Customs Clearance Agent (CCA) cannot be restricted or black-listed.
• Company owner (Legal Personalities) cannot be restricted or black-listed.
