Apply In-Person

1. To obtain approval for security surveillance system design, applicant has to visit the Security System Department at the Ministry of Interior (MOI) office.

3. Application form can be downloaded from the below link: Application form
4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
6. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the Security system department in the Ministry of Interior(MOI) office. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After the verification process, security surveillance system design is approved.

• Copy of Application form with signature.
• Copy of commercial License
• Copy of owner ID
• Copy of commercial registration establishment ID
• Copy of approved drawings from UPDA on it CCTV system layout for :

1. Control room location
2. Camera location and coverage
3. Civil works and conduit layout
4. Equipment’s room

• Copy of the contract agreement between the owner and the consultant / contractor
• Summary of the project work (scope of work) and operational requirements (if available)
• CCTV system specs. and features that used in the project
• Detailed design of CCTV
• Copy of the warranty for equipment, spare parts and maintenance support contract (if available)
• Maintenance contract service level agreement.
• List of all security surveillance devices and electric voltage calculation.
