Apply In-Person

1. To apply for license to Set up Sales Promotion, applicant has to visit the licensing and quality control markets department at the MOCI office.

3. Application form can be downloaded from the below link: Application form
4. Now complete the form with necessary information and make sure you have all the documents in hand that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. After filling the form, attach the documents mentioned in the required documents section below with the completed application form.
6. Check the application form and then submit it to the respective officer in the licensing and quality control markets department in the MOCI office. The address is mentioned in the office locations & contacts section below.
7. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
8. After verification process, license will be approved to set up sales promotion.
   

Apply Online

1. Login to the Ministry of Commerce and Industry's website, visit the following link: Apply online
2. Select the "E- Services" option from the list.
3. You can select "Promotion/Discount Licenses" option, then select "Issue Promotion License" option and click on "Accept" button.
4. Next select any one the type from the offers list and click on "Next" button.
5. Next select the establishment for which a promotion license to be issued and click on "Next" button.
6. Next select the branches for which a license to be issued and click on "Next" button.
7. Next enter the offer's method, the promotion's starting and end dates from the applicable field and click on "Next" button.
8. After that upload the required attachments and click on "Next" button.
9. Complete the procedures and pay the fees using your debit or credit cards.
10. After successful payment, print the License to set up sales promotion.

• Those who have valid Establishment commercial register are eligible to apply.
• Application for license is not allowed, in case applicant already submitted the same kind of request to the ministry and has not been implemented or cancelled

License fees QR 1500 applies.

• The Ministry has the authority to abandon the candidate or take any official action against forgery or manipulation of data by the applicant.
